How is this different from other wellness programs?
Change Your Food, Change Your Mood, focuses exclusively on using nutrition to improve your mental health. By taking the recommended tests and assessments at the beginning of the program, you can focus on exactly what your brain and body need to function at its highest level. Many wellness programs provide more general information on overall well-being, whereas this program is centered around how nutrition plays a role in mental health.
What if I need more personalized support?
You’re not alone! Many people find that they want additional personalized support to help them achieve their health goals and stay on track long-term. If that’s how you’re feeling once you’ve jumped into the course, we will credit your investment towards a 4-6 Month One-on-One Coaching Program. You may also schedule single appointments for $199 per session.
If I join the program with group coaching but can't attend the online calls, will it still be a good fit?
If you’re unable to attend the vast majority of the calls and do not feel that you need additional support, I recommend you sign up for the self-paced program. And, if at any time you find yourself needing additional one-on-one support, you can always upgrade to a package that fits your needs.
